Dallas Attack: Five officers dead, several injured by snipers

In a horrific incident in the US law enforcement, around five police officers were killed while dozens injured during a peaceful protest in the downtown Dallas. It has been marked as the deadliest incident since September 11, 2001, attack in which 72 officers died.

For hours gunfires were exchanged between the police officers and the suspect in which reports suggest, one suspect had been killed. The suspects also warned the officers that more lives are in danger as bombs have been planted all over Dallas. However, according to the Dallas Police, primary and secondary sweeps have been taken and no explosives have been found.

President Obama also addressed his citizens, expressing grief on the tragic incident.
