Bhadohi Train Accident: Unmanned railway crossing kills 8 children

Yet another tragic accident has taken place due to unmanned level crossing killing eight children and injuring several others when their school minibus was hit by Varanasi-Allahabad passenger train at gate number 26 at Bhadohi between Katka and Madhosingh Railway stations. The van was carrying 19 children- all students of the Tender Heart School- to the school. The indecent has once again raised the big question on unmanned level crossing. However, the Railways had put a gangman in charge of manning the crossing. The man had been deployed by the police on contractual basis. The injured have been referred to BHU hospital. The names of the students who have been declared dead as follows: Abhishek, naitik, Shweta Mishra, Arpit Kumar, Shubh, Pradumnna and Arvind Mishra.
