Wrestler Praveen Rana to replace Narsingh Yadav in Rio Olympics

In the wake of the Narsingh Yadav’s dope controversy, The Wrestling Federation of India has announced that Praveen Rana would replace Narsingh Yadav in the 74 kg freestyle category, at the Rio Olympics which will be held in Rio de Janerio.

Rana is a junior world medalist who will head to Georgia along with the Indian team on Wednesday today.

Yadav had been tested positive in the dope test and had filed a FIR at the Sonepat Railway Station against his fellow wrestlers and had demanded a CBI probe in the case.
