Pakistan train crash Over six dead, more than 150 injured

A Karachi-bound express train has collided with a Cargo train in Pakistan’s central Punjab region, killing at least six and injuring more than 150 people.

The Awan Express hit a stationary cargo train about 25 kilometres from the city of Multan that overturned four bogies of the express train.

According to reports 10 people are said to be in serious condition whereas three people trapped inside damaged carriages were rescued. A delay was initially observed in response due to Eid holidays.
