Abul Bajandar, who is widely known as ‘Tree Man’ will soon be able to leave hospital after groundbreaking treatment for one of the world’s rarest diseases .He has been dubbed as the “Tree man” because of the bark-like warts covering his body .

Abul has undergone at least 16 operations to remove five kilos of growths from his hands and feet since his condition came to doctors’ attention a year ago. He has said that the pain of the condition is unbearable.
The 27-year-old former rickshaw driver has been in a condition that has made him unable to hold his three year old daughter and beenundergoing treatment at the Dhaka medical college hospital for one of the world’s rarest diseases .
