The much hyped political drama will come to end with Edapadi K Palanisamy taking over as the new chief minister of Tamil Nadu later today. Tamil Nadu Governor Vidyasagar Rao on Thursday has invited AIADMK Legislature Party Leader Palanisamy to form the government. The Governor has allowed Palanisamy 15 days to seek a vote of confidence in the Tamil Nadu Assembly. However, as soon as Governor Rao invited had Palanisamy to form the government, AIADMK MLAs hailed the Governor, and raised pro-Sasikala slogans giving a clear indication that Palanisamy will not have much difficulties in getting the number. New chief minister is expected to sworn in at 4:30 pm on Thursday.
